On 18 April, 2019, RCE Ogun, in conjunction with the Department of Banking and Finance, Covenant University, Ota, conducted a workshop titled ‘Financial Literacy for Sustainable Business’, at Covenant University, Nigeria, with 325 participants in attendance.
The Europe Regional RCE Meeting 2019 will be organised in Heraklion, Greece from 13th to 14th September, 2019. The meeting will be hosted by RCE Crete with the support of the United Nations University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability (UNU-IAS).

The 8th Americas RCE Meeting will be organised by RCE Greater Burlington in Burlington, Vermont, USA, from 23rd to 25th September, 2019 with the support of the United Nations University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability (UNU-IAS).

The 9th African RCE Meeting will be organised in Kwaluseni, Eswatini from 5th to 7th August, 2019. The meeting will be hosted by RCE Eswatini with the support of the United Nations University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability (UNU-IAS).
Under the theme, 'Accelerating Progress towards the Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals in Africa', the meeting will provide a regional platform to take stock of regional initiatives, looking at the role of ESD in implementing sustainable development on the ground in the African region.

The Alliance of Sustainable Universities in Austria has developed a joint project entitled ‘UniNEtZ - Universities and Sustainable Development Goals’, in which Austrian Universities take mentorships for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of Agenda 2030.
