RCE Hangzhou recently held the ‘Better Lancang-Mekong River' Youth Policy Essay Writing Competition, in collaboration with the Waterkeeper Alliance East Asia Region, Hanns Seidel Foundation, Lower Sesan River Waterkeeper, and 3S Rivers Protection Network. The writing competition was open to youth from the six countries along the Lancang-Mekong River. Its main focus was how to help achieve the co-governance and sharing of water resources by promoting communication among young people from those six countries, about sustainable protection and utilisation of the Lancang-Mekong River.

The 'Australia-India Land and Water Conservation Virtual Program' was an 8-week online program that was co-led, co-designed and co-taught by staff from Western Sydney University's Sustainability Education (RCE Greater Western Sydney) with academics from the School of Science, in partnership with the Centre for Environmental Education (RCE Lucknow) and the Australia-India Water Centre.

The Global RCE Service Centre at the United Nations University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability (UNU-IAS) announces a call for nominations for the 11th annual RCE Awards. RCEs are encouraged to nominate their most outstanding Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) project/s for the award.
